There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 15 minute increments. All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to VAT at the current rate.
You will receive a full quote prior to work beginning and subject to VAT at the current rate.
Our engineers charge for materials and parts at a trade price with a percentage mark-up. We can ensure that you get the best materials for your home.
Our engineers are always happy to offer an upfront, honest quote for your work. Alternatively, we can arrange for a surveyor to visit. All quotes are provided free of charge.
Once the work is completed you will receive an invoice that will transparently break down all of the different costs including parts and labour.
We accept payment by either cash, credit, or debit card payable upon receipt of our invoice.
All calls may be recorded for monitoring and training purposes.
